A Selection Of Recent Jobs 

1) I have a problem with my G5. I got a white screen with vertical lines whilst using normally recently. Now, the screen remains blank (i.e. dark) when booting up, so the Mac cannot be used.

2) I have a Powerbook G4 which has the software wiped, can you tell me what the cost would be to either have the install disks or have the software reloaded.

3) Hi there, have a backlight problem on 13.3 inch black macbook, problem is the inverter cable from mobo to inverter, could you help me , if so at what cost.

4) My Time Capsule 1TB has died, no power etc. I'm told it is just a quick capacitor change? Hope to hear back from you soon. 

5) I have an imac intel core duo 17" 1.83 at present but am looking at upgrading the processor. Would it be possible to give me a rough quote on a range of processors? 

6) My headphone jack on my laptop has broken so I cant plug anything in and as a result the laptop speakers dont work also. Is this possible to be fixed/replaced? If so how much are we looking at? Also, how long would something like this take to fix?

7) When switching the mac on through bootcamp  on the screen shows 'The system process c../windows/system32/Lsass.axe terminated unexpectadly with status code - 1073741819' The system will now shut down and restart. This shutdown was initated by nt authority/system.

8) To Whom It May Concern: I'm not really sure what is going on with my mac. I realize that it is an old computer, however it has never "acted" this way before and I'm worried its because I have done something bad to it. About a week ago the software updates said that I needed to update Safari. So I clicked to update Safari and then it said that Safari could not be updated and had a little red exclamation point next to it. This happened relatively late at night so I just shut down the computer and went to bed without investigating any further. The next day I turned on my computer and I could not open Safari or Skype which are two applications that I use frequently. I also discovered that I could not open software update either. Basically what happens is I click on the icon located on the bottom bar and the icon bounces once but the little arrow does not appear underneath the icon and the application does not open. I was able to download Mozilla Foxfire and I am now using that browser to search the internet. However, as an international student I really rely on Skype and have not been able to download and open the application. I still cannot open software update or other apple applications that use the internet such as iChat, iTunes or Mail. I really just want to get this problem fixed and I was wondering if you could help in any way. Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
